Terrible return customer service.

I ordered a dress online a few weeks ago. Sadly, even though it’s adorable, it didn’t look great on me. So I took it to the flagship store to return. At the store they explained to me that the actual refund can’t be given until the item is returned to the warehouse, which they can do. (Ok. First red flag. Most sites credit you immediately upon return.). So I left the dress with the store. The warehouse received the returned item on June 1. It’s now June 10. No refund. Customer service claims they have ten business days to process. Why? I can’t order from them anymore despite the clothes being cute. I can’t deal with a company that sits on $400 of mine for weeks claiming “process”. That’s just not the way of the world now. Don’t order from this site if there’s a chance you need to make a return.

Shocking lack of communication

Shocking lack of communication. Spent £1000 on two dresses for the weekend. Trying to find out the status of the order is impossible as noone responds to email and no response to my calls. Where are my dresses? Who knows.

Faultless all round

Ordered a dress on Thursday evening with standard shipping, received confirmation of dispatch on Friday and then courier delivered on Saturday! Amazingly quick and efficient service and comms. Plus the dress is gorgeous and exactly as described. I’m very pleased, thank you DVF.

DVF Europe didn’t deliver my order and didn t refund

More then a week ago I purchased a dress via dvf Europe with express delivery. However the dress did not come, nor with express delivery nor later on. A kind lady at the customer service offers her help and refunded for 20e express delivery and promised to find out what happens with my order. In the mean time I want to cancel this order and called this lady a few times. She apologizes all the time bit there is still no dress and no any confirmation of cancellation. Also no reaction on my mails. Customer service is hardly available, it should be open during 9 to 5 EST but it is not the case. So I hope DVF will refund me but I will never again order via dvf Europe.

Great experience

I think the stars out of 5 are exceptionally low because no one is reviewing their positive experiences. I ordered my dress on the 10th, evening of 11th I recieved confirmation it would arrive on the 12th and dpd were the postal carrier. Order arrived today in the specified timeslot, dress is beautiful and fits perfectly.

I did panic order a second dress on the Sunday from another retailer as a back up. This was because I checked trustpilot after I had ordered the dress and I was sceptical it would arrive for the occasion I ordered it for.

I've had a smooth, efficient experience with DVF and would recommend ordering directly to others.

Awfull expérience…

Awfull expérience i put an order nearly 3 weeks ago.
They sent me thé e-mail with thé order confirmation and three days after i riecieved another e-mail telling me my order has been refund without further informations...
Two weeks later still dont have thé money on my account.
I Tried to reach several Times thé costumer service Who mostly dont answer and When they do explain that thé problèm is my bank !!!!
Which is not!!!
My bank tells me that they dont even see that a refund was Made!!!!
Horrible company even more thiefs!!!
Shame on You!!

I placed an order and they sent an entirely different item

I placed an order and they sent something completely different. When I called to let them know, Kaitlin, the customer service representative, insisted that I send photos of what I got before she would issue a return label. Then, she refused to have FedEx pick the item up. So, they charged my credit card, sent the wrong thing, insisted on photos, and refused to accommodate the return. The final insult was a threat that if I didn’t return the item at my cost, they would block me from future business. Clearly, I would never buy anything from them again, anyway.

Terrible client support

I returned an item, which was accepted to the warehouse on 22 January. I received no communication from DVF on the return, and when I contacted client services with the details, they clearly didn't bother reading teh mail and simply replied with a stock response that it takes 10 working days. When i replied that it had already been more than 10 working days, they replied that they would process a manual refund and that would take another 10 working days. I still didn't receive any further communication. After 10 days, still no refund and no reply from client support, although they seem happy to bombard me with requests for feedback, which they then don't respond to. It appears that they don't value clients and I now wonder whether it's company policy to try to hold onto onto your money as long as possible. Terrible client service - I would not recommend purchasing from them direct.
